Melbourne is the second largest city of Australia and the largest and the most populous city and the capital city of the state of Victoria. Melbourne’s populations is about 4 million (2010) and the people of Melbourne are called Melbournians or Melburnians. Melbourne was founded in the year 1835 and officially declared as the city in the year 1847 by Queen Victoria. Melbourne has great universities, school and colleges, café, national and international fashion and sporting events. It is also the home of world’s largest tram network.
